Esprit Rosé de Saignée

This Rosé, called ‘’Saignée’’, is obtained after long hours of macerating the Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes, which gives it its bright and intense colour, as well as its typical red fruit aromas.

Rosé de Saignée: 24 to 36 hours of pellicular maceration
Ageing in cellar: 4 years on the lees
Dosage: 6 g/l

Tasting and appreciation

The dark pink robe is lavished with fine, plentiful bubbles. The subtle notes of black current and strawberry give this powerful bouquet an element of refinement. The palate enjoys a beautiful balance between the flesh of the damson plum and the freshness of cranberries, pomegranate and orange zest. This full-bodied and rich cuvee expresses itself with finesse. A pure and intense champagne with an incredible, and extremely soft, long finish.


This delicate Rosé with great finesse can be enjoyed both as an aperitif with poached salmon or with a strawberry base dessert. A Rosé with character which is pleasing in every respect.
